For more than thirty years Pastors C. Neil & Joan Sayers have been ministering in churches around the world. They are dedicated to partnering with the local church to see the people of God walk in all His fullness, discover their destiny and reach their full potential. And to reach out to a hurting and needy world with the love, care, compassion and gospel of Jesus.  Family Fullness Ministries was founded in 1995.

This calling has taken them to five continents and fourteen nations. To facilitate the mentoring role of this ministry Pastors C. Neil & Joan have close relationship with a number of churches in Europe and the USA. They serve on the Advisory Board of Lambs Chapel Christian Centre in Florence, South Carolina and as Non-resident Elders at Rise City Church, Redwood City California. In addition they Pastor Harbour Lights Church in Amble, Northumberland, in alliance with Cathedral of Faith San Jose CA.  

Their teaching is always relevant, insightful, practical and motivational. Balanced with humour, illustration, and application. With ministry that is sensitive, caring and relevant.

Family Fullness Ministries has encouraged tens of thousands of people through their Preaching, Teaching, Seminars, Counseling, Publications and Television & Radio appearances over the past twenty five years. Family Fullness Ministries has offices in the UK and the USA.

Neil and Joan have grown children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, plus the great privilege of being spiritual parents to many around the world.
